Ok I have a question I have been seeing alot about vitex and I am wondering what exactly does it help us with. I went looking for it tonight and it said it helps with pms and menopauseal systems so im not sure what it helps with ttc. Can anyone help me

Yes, Vitex helps with PMS symptons. I do not get the cramping, sore breats, moodiness, ... when AF is about to visit. What Vitex also does is balances out the hormones I am on my 3rd cycle cd11 and hoping I will finally O
