Hello everyone-

I just wanted to know if anyone expierenced brown spotting using Vitex? I took Vitex for a few weeks and then forgot to take it for a couple weeks and now I have been spotting for a week (all brown though). I never get AF on my own so I am excited but confused.
Any input would be great!

When i first started taking vitex, i too spotted..it was some days brown, and others, it was more of a pinkish color..it ended up going away after about a week and a half or so. Then, the next month, I got full blown AF for like 16 days. But i also didnt have AF for 9 months, so i mainly assumed it was that long due to that as well.

Hi,

I started taking Vitex in June of Last year in August, I got some spotting for a day of 2 and then it went away in september I got a full AF, Over the next few months my period would come spontaneously, like brown spotting every 2 weeks followed by pinkish spotting and then full flow for a day or so. NOw i get AF like every 28-33 days.

So I say, hold on and stay strong, it takes a long long time.
