 Vitex and AF cramps!!
I am on my 3rd month of Vitex, and can tell AF is knocking on the door. But today at work I had cramps so unbearable, I had to go home. I mean double over, nausea, sweating intense spasm cramps. I almost we to ER, but called gyno instead. She wanted to know why I wasn't taking BC pills(for ovarian cysty), I said because I was 37 and even if I only had 1% chance of conceiving, I had 0 chance being on the pill. I wonder if my cramps were bad because I hadn't had a cycle since November, or if Vitex caused a cyst, and it burst. I wasn't about to tell gyno about herbs...she hates the mention of it.Has anyone else had this problem. I am a believer in Vitex, I can tell it's working, after 1st AF i may add Don Quai. I just feel natural is such a better way to go. |
