hey ladies,

i just started taking vitex this cycle, and am curious to see how it is affecting others.. does anyone want to post a link to their vitex chart for comparison? i know everyone's different, etc etc etc, but it might be interesting to see. you can click on my fertility friend image below to get to mine (i took vitex every day, just stopped marking it btw). i'm in my early twenties, no real symptoms except for lack of af without induction, thin, clomid-resistant.

Hi Ladies,

Before taking Vitex my temps use to be all over that chart. It took a really long time for the Vitex to kick in, over a year, but i didn't give up because the bottle says that it will take a while, I just followed the directs and now I get my cycle every 33-40 days, I use to get it 1 or 2 times a year
