Default Vitex between certain days only?
I went to my natural therapist today and she told me only to take Vitex after day 14 of my cycle. Does anyone else take it like that?

I would love to know too!! Since Vitex is such a slow working herb I can't see where taking it on certain days is all that effective. I am confused about Vitex. Can someone clarify this????

My naturopath said to take it every day unless pg. Like many natural 'gentler' remedies, often it takes up to 3 months to work.
