Yeah I've always found that supplements can change the colour of urine to something that looks "radioactive"! I find it's the B Vit supplement and some Vit C can do the same, especially the time release ones which keep it like that all day long...can be shocking at first!

Ruby - I believe it was faith... but here is my final regimen. I did some studying on when our hormones do what, so I tried to work with it, and focus more on IR.
Mense 1 - 4 days
Follicular - 5 - 13 days, which is when our bodies produce estrogen, so that's why you take Soy CD 3 - 7 or 5 - 9. After the last try with NPC, I gave it a wk, then started EPO, because this would be the regimen if I did start, took it 7 days.
Ovulation 14 day (on a normal cycle)
Luteal Phase 15 - 26 days When I started NPC again.
Schemic Phase 27 -28
I had been sick, and cut out all my vitamins... but continued Vitex, and Fish Oil. Then added Gymnema again, recently adding 400mg more. I just didn't want my liver to have to process all the meds for my sinus infection, plus my TTC meds. My cousins daughter just got over mono, and literally about died from it, because her liver didn't want to process all the meds, and it became toxic... which her tongued swelled blocking the air passage...it was scary... and it made me think of all the things that I put in my body.
If I wasn't sick, I would following the regimen in my siggy.
Angel - I actually was taking 3000mg Cinnamon tablets, then ran out and now dump cinnamon powder on everything, I think I read 1 t equals 1000mg, don't keep me to that, but I go by that.
Letty - Up your Soy to 120mg this cycle. Alot of the woman on the Soy thread take that dosage. Don't give up on Soy yet.
Dana - Thanks, AF is still hiding. I am waiting anxiously, and DH too... he brought it up this morning.... he asked if I started my 'thing'. Cute.
Snow - Thanks, I have bright yellow urine too, when taking vitamins.

Even when I take vitamins, my urine color depends on how much water I drink! Is that weird?
Nope that's not weird. If you don't drink much your urine is concentrated, thus really dark, but if you are drinking a ton of water its clear or nearly clear.
My temps went up again so I think I'm safe to say I Oed and I'll start NPC tomorrow.
I took 120mg of soy cd3-6 and 160mg on cd7 and that worked for me (or something did anyway).

Amy - I am so so so so HAPPY for you.. CONGRATS on getting AF. I know you've been waiting so patiently.
Ladies, thanks for all the advice on Soy (I will keep it in mind)... BUT, as you can tell my cycle went back to the original cycle because I didn't get AF after all. I am so upset and sad
I've been spotting for 5 days now - everyday a little heavier and yesterday (TMI alert) I had watery CM and red blood (not the brownish, pinkish stuff that I had the days before). I usually get that when I get AF that is it.... but it didn't get any heavier and by the end of the night it was gone... ALL gone. I checked my CP and it is still low so I don't know what to think.
This is my question... if I didnt O, should I even get AF? or could the spotting be this cycles "AF" (but very light) since I didn't O and my lining may not be thick enough?

AngelCOH- your welcome! remember not a dumb question
Amy- Sorry to hear about your cousin..I spoke to someone that seemed like he knew something lol in GNC once about your liver and taking pills and he said herbs dont affect your liver the way prescription drugs do. I dont know how true that is..but then he also said if i wanted to I could take Milk Thistle from time to time i think he even said a few times every year maybe 6 months and its suppose to help your liver. I havent done that yet but i plan too soon.
Letty- sounds like my body sometimes..i always look at it as if it was AF because usually as time goes on i never get any more spotting so its kinda weird but who really knows. Probably you lining is not thick enough..i did some test from a fertility book ..i think i posted it here once and it basically pointed me to herbs that help with lining and it seems to be working. So I added Rasberry leaf tea and started taking Dong Quai again...when i stopped taking Dong Quai AFs were light how you described so i know that was working for me some how and now...my AF is heavy.
See what happens over the next few days...hopefully it will come back...that has happened to me before.

Letty - thank you, though she hasn't came yet.... need to find a way to get her to visit... hot bath or something.... I don't know about our bodies, and AF no O'... O' no AF... that confuses me.

I had previously been taken Vitex for about 2 months before I got my first AF in about a year. I then stopped taking Vitex while I went on a cleanse, but still ended up getting another visit from AF the next month anyway.
I've been off of Vitex now for about a little over a month and am wondering if I should go back on so that I can be sure that my hormones are being regulated or if it is possible that Vitex kicked everything into gear and maybe I don't need to keep taking it?
