I agree with Faith..the spotting is definately good news because your body is trying to bring on AF..i swear by NPC because it works for me whenever AF is MIA lol..but it looks like you are taking some good supplements to help and you are getting results...AF hopefully will get heavier. Since your are going to be TTC soon maybe its a good idea to start temping..at least it will help tell you if you are ovulating are not and if by some chance you arent you could maybe try Soy to help with that. about how long did you start taking Fertility blend & Vitex etc.. ?

I agree probably better to keep pushing on.. i just get so anxious for you i want AF visit! so moms advice is good.

Dana - I started the Fertility Blend in June and I began the 500mg of Vitex in July. I started taking Saw Palmetto last month also. I've heard about NPC through the forums and thought about using it also, but wasn't sure if it would be ok to use with what I'm taking. I also have some Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules, but wasn't sure if I should take that also.

All of you ladies up here are wonderful!

So that wasnt too long..so seems like things are working pretty quickly for you! hang in there..maybe AF will start to get heavier.
Oh and you can use NPC with everything you are taking.
I guess see how the spotting turns out first

Dana- Yeah, I did use NPC, but ran out after 10 days (which is fine to be honest, I usually either do 10 or 14 days). I'm on CD12 now, so I figure I'll give it until CD 20 to see about O and then start up with the NPC again. It's frustrating to still seem to be post-O (CP, temps and PMS) when you should be pre-O!

Faith- I'm glad you talked to your mom. Moms do have excellent ideas sometimes. And I'm pretty sure most of us have in due time bodies. That's pretty much why we're here. LOL. Good luck with AF

Dana - FYI, I got some BDing done yesterday....

I had a huge temp drop today and lots of EWCM so I am hoping that my body is preparing to O. I hope to be able attack DH before he leaves for work tonight just in case

I hate the fact that he is working overnights... it sucks.

Letty- Good job!!! lol and YAY for the temp drop...you are probably gonna O!! I cant wait to see!

AFm- we are still BDing.I used preseed for the 1st time last night..kind of strange hehee but hey i guess it could help. We are still BDing every other day. praying I O and something good comes out of this

Dana, LOL about the Preseed! I have it in my mind for the future, but I imagine DF will think its odd..... I havent told him that some people use actual raw egg whites - I can only imagine his reaction to that!

Hi all...had my gyn/ob appointment today. Didn't go according to plan. As soon as I went in and said I hadn't had AF for 9 months he just said "okay and I don't understand why you're here". Wen't on to explain the PCOS thing and he said "if you're not TTC then don't worry about it and come back for fertility treatments when you are". Asked for Provera...which he said he wouldn't give me. When I said I thought for health reasons women are supposed to have a period every three months to keep uterus lining problems away he explained to me that that's not true. Ended up having a papsmear test and he poked and prodded my ovaries, still hurting now, and said they weren't enlarged and as I'm don't have weight issues that I don't have PCOS!!

So don't know what to do now. He said to come back for a sonogram and he didn't seem interested in doing any bloodwork and didn't take into account my acne is getting worse day by day...so I still have no answers. Ended up leaving in tears.

Anyway...just a quick look in to say what happened. Trying to keep positive...will try the NPC again and maybe try a different doctor.

Thank you ladies for your input. I do have another question. If I'm going to start really keeping track (and I am thinking about temping) should I count the day that I started spotting as CD1?

Snow - I definitely think you need to consider finding another doctor.

AFM bb's are starting to feel hard, and a little sore.... maybe i am gearing up for AF. I remember having really really sore bb's before AF one time. Start doing some sorta AF dance for me.

Snow - don't shed a tear, just move on to a dr with more interest in what's going on with you. it's okay, i know you feel it's prolonged, been there before.... but once you find the right dr it will be a wonderful thing.

And those who are BDing.... you go girls, and babydust to you.

Snow - no way... I could kill your doctor. Sometimes I wonder why they go into the medical field if they are not willing to "HELP" the people that they treat. My suggestion to you is that you wipe your butt with everything that he said and find another doctor who CARES. I can't believe that he told you that you didn't have PCOS because your weight was OK? No BW, no sonogram? What an idiot. I am so mad.... anyhow, if you want to take a nice vacation in sunny Florida, I have a great OB who loves what he does and would be willing to do whatever makes you leave his office with a smile. He even gives you a hug before you leave.

Amy - I started doing the AF dance for you... my cat is looking at me funny

Dana - I was able to attack DH and get some BD done before he left for work....DH is a boob guy, so I made sure to change when I got home and put on a very thin v-neck low cut shirt and I had no bra on... he was drooling during dinner so my plan worked perfectly.

Claire - last cycle on 80 mg I was really dry but this cycle is much better.... last night and this morning my CP was really high and I had lots of CM. I hope the temp dip today means something good.

I'm on day 13 of using the Source Naturals. I've been spotting for 2 days with tons of cramping which has never ever happened so I'm hopeful that something is working! I didn't realize that I would have to almost buy a new tube of the NPC every month! It was cheap though so if it works, no big deal.
