Letty - your temps look great. it was just a little dip... maybe it's that implantation dip we all read about.... now is the hard part, we have to monitor them temps for the next few days, to see what is going on, if they stay up, FF will give you your lines and you will be officially in your 2WW... this is the long part of the journey. But I am praying for you, and wishing you lots of babydust toward that blessing. Hugs.
Dana - No more headaches! But I am sluggish... I took DH to work and slept 3 hrs. I don't put this on NPC, but i had a weird experience yesterday, for a sec... i got like disoriented or felt weird... while i was driving... then it went away, so this morning i decided to not take Dong Quai and drop mg on Gymnema Sylvestre... just for a short bit, not sure what caused it.

Dana - yes, that's what i was thinking, so i only took 1 tablet so far today. haven't took my vitex or dong quai yet... maybe later i will. it was scary, i was like.. what the heck is going on... then it went away. i have been on vitex for awhile, i know it's not that. dong quai for about a mo now... i should be ok.

my plan is ASAP start taking vitex, cinnamon, fish oil and eat more raw foods plus exercising about every day. i dont know how much of the vitex i should take PLEASE give me some ideas, does it really work? it seems to unreal that its that simple i've been unregulated pretty much my whole life.
It's been almost a week of taking Vitex and I'm also taking I3C (also called Broccoliv). I think I've noticed facial hair slowing down, but I don't know, maybe I'm just hoping for something to happen NOW! The first week of September I'm supposed to take Prometrium again to jump start AF but I'm debating on taking it because I want to see what Vitex does. I need to up the dosage on Vitex too, as I've only been taking 320mgs (that's 4 pills a day for these, they are only 80mgs). So, we'll see what happens!
Jessi -- I agree that it seems unreal that something as simple as taking Vitex can regulate you -- I stopped having periods around 15 years old, and when I was in my 20's I was put on birth control and that gave me periods, but the bp isn't the best option for me now. If I don't do anything, I never get a period. I'm hoping the Vitex works though! I've heard some good things about Broccoliv (otherwise known as I3C) too (it's basically Broccoli, it's safe), research it some and see what you think.

Everyone - Is Gymnema that herb that's supposed to help curb cravings for carbs?? What other positives are you seeing from it?

I have one Vitex Q.... I started taking it on August 10th, so 13 days ago, and FF reckons I O'd 3 days later...... but I have been unwell so temps could be messed up with a slight fever I guess. But yesterday would be 10DPO and I have been having cramping for 2 days, and yesterday the most EWCM i have ever seen, and also sensitive nipples (which is VERY rare for me). I was wondering if the Vitex, by regulating our hormones would actually intensify PMS symptoms? Of course, there is the chance that I am Oing now and not when FF thinks. Any thoughts?

What side effects should I watch for?
Although no side effects have been attributed to the use of gymnema sylvestre, its possible lowering effect on blood sugar may potentially result in hypoglycemia (blood sugar that is too low). Signs that blood sugar may be too low include shakiness, sweating, confusion, distorted speech, and loss of muscle control. If not corrected, low blood sugar can lead to unconsciousness and even death.
What interactions should I watch for? Prescription Drugs
Gymnema sylvestre may increase the blood sugar lowering effects of insulin and oral drugs for diabetes, such as:
I checked Dong Quai side effects and it has skin problems and something else i forget now but nothing like what you mentioned.
but from this i take it Gymnema is not recommeded with Met
Jessi- I dont want to get your hopes up and say it will work for sure because everyone is different. BUT it does work for alot of people.
I would start off with 800mg or what ever dosage your bottle suggests and go up from there maybe to either 1200mg and maybe even 1600mg.
Depending on your body you may need more than Vitex to help regulate you but since you have cinnamon that should help also.
seems like you have a good plan. just have to be patient with herbs they dont always work as quickly as we would like them to. If you want to jump start AF if you have not had it in awhile you can try using Natural Progesterone Cream. It should bring on AF with in 14 days give or take a few days.
Jazzy- I think Gymnema will help lower your blood sugar and help with sugar and carb craving but not 100% sure since im not a Gymnema gal lol

Confusing!...FF is saying you Oed so based on what you are saying i would say signs of AF or a BFP
but the EWCM could be a sign of O. I dont think Vitex would intensify PMS symptoms because it is suppose to help with it..but you never know.
FF may come up with a different story in a few days but i say BD away just in case.
Your like me. i NEVER had sensative nipples! i think they are broken lol so when i get them i think it will be curious also

LOL about our nipples - my sister says they are one of her most sensitive places, but if DF plays with them I can barely feel anything at all (he wont be going near them today, though!) - she has always said am weird that way, I am glad to have found another like me - I like your comment, I think they are broken! ROFL!

Dana- thanks, and i ended up taking 1 tablet Gymnema, no Dong Quai, just because i wanted less going thru my system, i still feel it's more related to Gymnema. Day before yesterday, had a sharp pain in my nip....just once... and this morning I can't lay on my bb's. Body trying to gear??? time will tell.
