well i decided not to use npc this cycle i want to see what the vitex does first. i upped my dose to 2000 mg a day so im hoping ill get my period this month.

Hi Sandki- you can get a measuring spoon. Thats how i measure..i go a cheapy one from the dollar store

I am wondering if my temp rise when FF thinks I O'd was just the Vitex regulating my hormones.... cos I was having way low BBT's before I started the Vitex. My symptoms are just really confusing, my nipples seem to get more sensitive by the day, but I am also still having cramps which I dont think ties in with early pg. Maybe my body is still trying to O? Maybe I should up my vitex to 1600mg (which is the dose stated on the box) to see if it tips me over the edge and I actually do get a strong temp spike. Did anyone else get a slight temp increase when starting the vitex?

Claire- i think your body could be gearing up for AF or you need to test! your temps look pretty interesting
Do you feel like you Oed with FF says you did?
I dont temp so cant share anything on that.

I didnt see any EWCM or have any cramping when FF says I O'd. I really dont feel confident for a BFP so want to wait a bit longer before testing, give the Vitex a chance. Every morning I hope my BBT will give me a clue but its just confusing me even more LOL!
What time is it where you are? Late evening? Its 07.30 in the morning here, just getting ready for work

Does anyone know if you get pg after so long without AF, can the uterus lining support the pg? Or is it unlikely to be strong/healthy enough?

you never know ive heard some people say they have gotten BFPs with no EWCM. I guess see what happens over the next few days
oh also supposedly your lining is suppose to be very thick if you have not had AF in ahwile. So should be good to support a pregnancy.
I guess there is always a chance it may not be..but thats the way our bodies are suppose to work lol
Rasberry leaf tea is suppose to help build lining.

My appt on Friday went as follows:
My appt. with the RE was AWESOME. He came highly recommended by my OB and now I know why. They have 3 RE's in that Fertility Cntr. and he was the one that read the results of DH SA. He talked to us a little about the results and told us not to worry to much since DH had such a high count and motility was also perfect. He told us to continue on the Fertility Aid to help with the morphology and DH has to go for another SA on Sep. 19th.
Ok, now my part.... we went thru my medical history, family history, etc. Then he told me to stop taking Vitex, Soy, Cinnamon for now. He only wants me taking Met, Synthroid, Prenatals and other Vit. We talked about my irregular cycles and I showed him my chart and they ran a P4 right there and then ( 0.437) to see if I O'ed and sure enough I didn't, even though my temps indicate that I did. At first he told me to call him when I got AF but then he called me back in while I was waiting for the instructions for BW and testing, etc. and gave me a script for Provera and told me to start on Saturday because he didn't want to waste time. So, I started the Provera and I have to call his office on CD1 to set-up CD3 BW and a HSG for starters. He also asked us to do other labs (which we did on Saturday) for both of us and they took out like 7 vials of blood from me and 4 from DH. I looked at the paper work and they were checking everything including Cystic Fibrosis. This man does not mess around and I love it. I am so excited, I will keep you all updated as I find out more info myself.

Hey ladies! Marking my spot! (Been so busy! Sorry)
Faith - I am so sorry about how scary that experience was. I have had it once when I took the gymnema without food. (food was planned, but forgotten in the midst of things). I was also driving at the time. I attributed it to a blood sugar drop or something a long those lines and got something to eat. haven't had an issue yet. AF wishes coming your way.
The pain I was feeling was a stomach bug(apparently its going around). A pretty bad one. When I was told it wasn't AF caused I was like "Did my lower intestine just explode?" But no, I lasted until Saturday night, and by Sunday morning I had a fragile but solid tummy.
I came mostly off the gymnema during the sickness because I wasn't eating enough as it was. I have been getting back up to 1200mgs a day again, but slowly.
Everything else is going really well, and I hope its the same for everyone else!
Since I started taking B complex and my pee is glowing!! wow wee LOL
