I do not have regular cycles off BC. Along with the ovarian cysts, I have mild hirsutism, thinning hair, pelvic pain (when cysts get bad), and recent weight gain around the middle. I was dx when it was at it's worse and at that point, I also had night sweats, unpredictable sweats, irritability, and mood swings. That has stayed away since the BC.

I do bloat more..its soo weird...ive been eating better..off the carb craze and that alone has helped..i feel like my stomach deflated some lol
even though there is tons more to loose but the bloat is gone ...for now
im gonna start my AF dance again

What a week at work.... as you know, I was told no more HERBS for now so I stopped taking Vitex and Cinnamon last week. I feel fine but I feel so weird only taking Synthroid in the morning and Met at night. I was so use to taking like 10 pills that I feel like I am forgetting something... go figure.
How are you all doing? Plans for the long weekend?

Sux when work is busy...I must be very wierd not taking all the pills..some days when i dont want to take them i do because im so use to it...i guess its addicting who knew.

Ive heard that Saw Palmetto is great for loweing testosterone levels and hirsutism. but all depends if you have high T levels. Did you get blood work done? you will probably have a better idea of what herbs you need once you get your levels checked.

Dana and Claire - thanks for the AF dance, my bb's are still very sore. Day 9 of NPC.
Letty - I haven't been taking my herbs since I started NPC... I just wanted NPC to do it's thing.

Ok, so I am Day 9 of NPC with very sore bb's. I think my CM is changing too, because TMI but I am itchy, not irritated. Hmmm, hope that's a sign of hormone change.

Letty - I thought BBT only dropped on the day of or day before AF? Or at implantation, of course Could you have implanted today?

AFM- I had a little twincy streak of reddish/brown spotting.
ofcourse im not getting excited..im thinking the worst that AF is on her way.
We will see i guess. Im going to test Sunday or Monday..i guess i will see how i feel.
