I'm still having AF, its not as heavy as a BC AF, but its definitely there
I'm going to start soy tomorrow, CD3 and take it until CD 7 to see if I can O.
Those of you who take soy, do you take it all at once or one pill at a time throughout the day?
I have 40mg pills and I was planning on taking 3/day for a total of 120mg/day, does that sound reasonable?

Snow- I hope the progesterone withdrawal does the trick!
NPC has made me feel nauseus etc..i think thats just a side effect..its funny because in the 2ww when im feeling all sick..i finally realized thats what it is most of the time...so i stopped getting all excited about being PG even though it could be a sign of that too.
Amy- Yes i check SC but it does not seem like anyone is taking it..or admitting to it anyway lol. Im still looking into it..i would feel more comfortable if I could find more people on SC or any message boards that posted thier progress.

Oh another question ... like I said above I've got a light AF going on from NPC, but is there any way to kick it up a notch, you know, to get it really flowing well??

Sassy- I know what you mean with that garooss! i usually get that at the beginning of my AFs..not every time but maybe on average every other cycle..
Debby- Once you stop NPC it should start to get heavy eventually..the best AFs have had with NPC is when i was eating better and excercising..unfortunately that was the only difference i noticed with flow.
Does anyone else have anything to suggest?
All in all..someone on another thread brought to my attention lining...maybe AF is light because our linings are not thick enough..funny thing is my AFs got lighter when i stopped taking Don Quai..so now i am back on it and also Drinking Rasberry Leaf Tea which is also suppose to be very good for the uterine lining.

I think im going to order Hyponidd...Ive been reading about Gymnema Sylvestre and it is suppose to be good for lowering blood sugars...but It would be nice to find some people that used it...ive seen some reviews but whats funny about this is that Gymnema Sylvestre is in Hyponidd but the Gymnema Sylvestre pills on vitacost etc..does not have Hyponidd in them. So i feel like im getting more in Hyponidd than Gymnema Sylvestre. I dont think its not worth trying but I feel better about trying Hyponidd 1st. It almost reminds me of D Chiro Inositol and Inositol.
D Chiro is suppose to be soooo good..but ofcourse its soo expensive! i have the flour so I have to get my lazy _ _ _ to the store to get the ingredients for the muffins or pancakes etc.. and I think I will not get the new Vitex..just not to over do it since im going to try to add Hyponidd still take 1200mg, take the 2000mg of cinnamon , Rasberry Leaf Tea 3 cups per day and 1000mg of Dong Quai 2 times per day. Hopefully i can take all of these together. I have to check on that grrr
Oh and also I wanted to Add B complex maybe..maybe i will remove the cinnamon pills and start measuring for foods.

Ruby - Tribulus??? what is that for, never heard of it? I am going to get Gymnema Sylvestre too... because it is one of the main ingredients that make up the hyponidd, and its easier to get.
Sassy - Black blood is old blood, if you haven't had an AF for awhile.... that's why. Oh, and it's ok.
Dana - When you get your hyponidd, start watching your blood levels... get the machine to check it, it's that potent. I don't think Nyer is taking it anymore... but I haven't visited or should I say lurked that thread in awhile. She stopped because it was dropping too much... I think. Gymnema is one of the main ingredrients in it.... it doesn't contain hyponidd... it's the hyponidd that contains Gymnema.. and something else. That's why I was going to try it, because it was a main ingredient in hyponidd and easy to get. Anyway.... About the Vitex...I am contemplating what brand..... I have to get ready for work, sooooo I have to talk about my idea later....

Faith - I have read a couple studies that say basically: "In PCOS it is best used on days 5 to 14 of the menstrual cycle to restore menstrual regularity." About Tribulus. But the only sites I have found that have it offer it combined with other things I don't want, so I'm probably going to skip it this run.
As far as the Gymnema, I am taking it for the same reasons you are so please keep us updated when you get it!
Hi Amy... I am still waiting to see what my body decides to do. This morning I was praying hard that I would get one more high temp and ofcourse, I didn't.
Ohhh well... I have an appt. with a new OB on Monday and I am going to talk to him about getting a P4 test and see what he thinks about giving me Clomid.
