Sorry to hear about you feeling bloated. Vitex does not have that effect on me.
Is that normally a sign when AF is coming? Maybe its trying but not happening if so and I would assume the only way to get rid of it would be to get AF but who knows.
I like NPC hopefully that works for you.

Thanks dcbailey i do usually get a little bloated but this is worse yet. I think also cos i am losing weight it probably seems worse. I had tried npc last year and it did help so hopefully this will work just as well. I just hate feeling like this

Well...today is the 14th day.... do i stop NPC after my last dose today... or make it 16 days.... to put that extra progesterone in my body... i know the 14 days is suppose to be like the luteal phase... IDK... come on Af...

Faith-I think you should stop..because sometimes people do NPC shutdowns and maybe your body will start to think something else is going on.
in case AF does not come on...start using it again on time..so maybe the month after your body will learn and bring her on! I think you start again in 14..hmm have to double check on that

Snow - I hope you get yours too. I feel like a freight train hit me this morning... it's weird... i am over exhausted, feel super tired, or even hung over... and I was a sober person last night... just a weird feeling all together.... hmmmm maybe my body is gearing up for AF....

Faith- I hope she comes on! When im using NPC I usually start getting AF before 14 days so I end up stoppping.Some people get it a few days after..so I guess it all depends on your body
Snow- I hope she comes your way too!
AFM- I dont know whats going on but my insides feel like AF wants to drop kick me so hard at different points...almost like if i move to much everything will burst out! lol strange but no sign yet..i guess if nothing i will test next week but im going to try to hold out so i dont go through the ups and downs of BFN and NO AF and feeling all confused etc..ya know how it is lol

I was just wondering... when will I get my AF? So, I went back to when the dr's gave me something and I think when I get induced for AF it takes 5 days... so maybe Wed I could see AF... I am sooo hoping.

How many of you are taking Vitex? Where do you get it? I would also like to know....do you take it every single day or just the beginning of your cycle? I am really interested in trying it. TIA....
Sassy - hello, i think most of us are on Vitex right now.... you can get it online, GNC, or your local alternative natural medicine store. Some take 1200mg, some take 800mg.... it's up to you what you want to start out with... all the Vitex bottles have different instructions. It is taken everyday. I have read 1/2 hr before you eat breakfast, on an empty stomach works best. It takes 3 - 6 months to get into your system, my body is on the 6 month plan I think... here some links to check out, and order some. Brands vary...
Dana and I are going to be switching brands... probably the NSI brand... we are on Natures Way right now.
Thank you for the info!!! My other question is: Is there drug interactions with Metformin? I have been on Met for over a year and it has stabilized my weight, so I would prefer to keep taking it....any thoughts on that?
I take Vitex every single day except the days i take Soy.
Im not taking Met but im pretty sure other sisters do take Met with Vitex just not Vitex and Clomid together. HTH!
AFM - still no sign of AF and there are no tests in the house so i cant go POAS crazy...maybe I will get some tomorrow even though i dont think i will get a BFP..got to make sure before i try to bring her on with NPC in case she does not show on her own
