Faith- I'd wait until she shows up full force. I think some people on here and have stopped after spotting and never really started AF.
Sassy- I think if the brand has less mg/ounce it won't be as effective. The one you're getting looks good.
Letty- Will you get the S/A back before CD5? Maybe you need a higher dose than the starting dose? I'm pretty sure some women have gone on to use more soy. As well as Clomid, will they start you off at 50mg? Hopefully the SA comes back good news. All men like to think they have super sperm. lol.

Claire- hmm thats a good question...maybe try googling to see how much of the liquid form is best rather than trying to compare to the pills...its suppose to be better so maybe its even stronger.

Letty- cant hurt to give Soy 1 more try ...maybe a higher dosage..what have you got to loose ya know. Good luck with DHs SA.
Ruby- Could be..my Urine has been consistantly yellow since i started taking all these supplements and i drink alot of water...thats probably why..i also remember hearing from someone that when pills pass through your system it will make your urine stronger.

Keep using NPC until it gets a little heavier because if you stop like Erinn mentioned you could just keep spotting. SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!
