Dana - you never know.... have you ever got a withdraw from NPC headache... migrane?
Haven't tried NPC long enough to see whether I'm more prone to headaches/migraines during the withdraw...but have definitely noticed I've had a number of migraines since I first tried it a month ago (1 a week). I used to get a lot of migraines while on BCP and Nuvaring...so the NPC might cause migraines/headaches one way or the other. Had one yesterday (4th day of NPC) which was like my old ones while on BCP...had to take strong medication for it, haven't had to do so for a while. But I know it was the hormones in BCP that were aggravating my head. Though I have read recently that NPC can stop migraines and therefore I suppose it is possible to get a withdrawal migraine when stopped like you said. Maybe the migraine I had yesterday was my body's way of responding to the progesterone, if it hasn't been used to it for a while...
AFM - don't know if the NPC is doing much yet. Am applying almost 4 times the amount as last time - so in theory it should do something . We shall see. Haven't had any symptoms that AF is going to start yet though, haven't had them in such a long time, I've forgotton what symtoms I have or feel like! Hope to feel symptoms soon

Faith- Only 1 month but ive used NPC maybe about 6 times and it only happened once..but it was during the 14 day period of applying..i got every symptom..i was fatigue etc..
Hi Letty..Im not good with charting sorry..i did take a look but i dont know whats going on..but thats because im not good with figuring them out regardless.
Snow- What day are you on with NPC?
AFM- still no AF..this is the part where i normally get excited but im trying not too because i dont feel anything..i dont think I Oed this cycle and my cycles are long alot of the time anyway..so anything is possible..but im getting anxious want to know if I need to bring on AF but i guess i still need to give it time..If no show of her by the weekend then maybe I will be starting NPC on Sunday.

How do you guys use the NPC? Just for a week to bring on AF or (presuming with O) from O until AF? I'm looking to bring on AF and was wondering how long I should take it for?
You will usually use NPC for 14 days and after the 14 days the withdrawal of progesterone should bring on AF,,if it comes on before the 14day period you should stop using it. Then you restart after you O for another 14 days. Hope this helps!

Well gals: I got my Vitex today! I took one capsule and I will take another one after dinner. I am excited....I am pretty sure I didn't O this month, so I don't think there is a chance of conception...I am on CD20...and I have been using my progesterone cream too!
Thanks Faith... I am so suprised that my temps look as good as they do considering they were all over the place last month. I have had lower temps the last three days... hopefully its my body telling me that I am going to O.

Sassy- YAY!! I hope Vitex works for you! I dont think I Oed this cycle either
Faith- No I will be testing tomorrow..not hoping for anything..if I get a BFN i will probably test again Sunday and then start NPC during the week..I cant wait! lol I only purchased a box of 2 tests so I have to use them wisely
Letty- My temps are always all over..this is the first month i temped most of the month and they started off steady then got crazy and most days i wasnt surprised because i either work up hot or cold..stupid temps of mine lol

Hi girls! I havent talked in this thread yet but Ive been lurking!!
I took Soy this cycle for the first time (I didnt even start my Vitex until CD8)
So I took 80mg from days 3-5, and upped it to 120 for the remaining 2 days
I have a program called Ovusoft (taking charge of your fertility software) that I put my temps into at home and yesterday it said I was possibly TRIPHASIC!!!!
Isnt that exciting!?!?!?!? woohoo!!
Ive taken my temps nearly every single day since December of last year and Ive only had 1 cycle where ANY program said I ovulated at all... so I believe this is the very first time Ive ovulated ALL YEAR..
What do you girls think!?! Could it be triphasic?! How cool would that be ?!
