Just marking my spot. I've been taking a vitex combo (contains Vitex agnus-castus, Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Motherwort, Wild Yam, Oats, Lavender, and Ginger), an adrenal supplement and fish oil for almost 3 months...don't want to miss out on the discussion this month!
i'm spotting and with the cramping i'm having, i know AF will be here by tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the old hag hasn't reared her ugly head since oct of 07. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE SO HAPPY TO SEE HER! i came out of the bathroom and started jumpping up and down!! i've been on vitex for about 8 weeks and started cinnamon last friday!

Brandi - woo hooo... AF came is coming, please send her my way.... ugly face and all i want her too... it's been 2 yrs in August... and it was with permetrium. I have been on Vitex at 1200mg for 3 mo June 10, Apple Cidar Vinegar, and Cinnamon for a little bit... come on body get ready for AF... I am happy for you.

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon. Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
Has anyone seen AF? She is MIA, if you find her please send her my way. Trying to move on to cycle number 2 of TTC #2
Dana - I need to go buy some more, the one I used recently... I had for awhile, though it's still good according to the expiration day, I think I want a new one, and maybe a different brand. I am getting a different brand of Vitex too, the next time I order. See if that will make the difference. I am sprinkling, more like pouring, cinnamon on my cereal in the morning, and in milk during the day... I hope it will work the same as the tablets, plus I am still taking ACV.... cut it down to the evenings only. Just playing the waiting game.... sigh.

What is the Wild Yam good for if you dont mind me asking?
This is what Wikipedia says about Wild Yam:
Wild Yam is believed to be helpful to the liver and endocrine system. It regulates the female system, particularly during menstrual distress and menopause,as well as used in treating infertility. Used with chaste berry and dandelion it is an effective treatment for morning sickness.
I have also read that it is a muscle relaxer and thus great for menstrual cramps, which I had a hell of a time with.
I'm taking the combo as recommended by my Naturopath and it is all in one tincture. I never would have thought to take all those things separately on my own.
I'm due to test in 4 days, but I will probably wait about a week, and if AF never shows THEN i will test (maybe). I hate getting negative tests. But its hard knowing that I would be far enough that I could tell on some of the more sensitive tests.

Faith- get more! lol NPC is a nice way to get things rolling while the herbs are taking its time to work. I was gonna order cinnamon online but i think i will go to out and try to find 1000mg so i can start taking it sooner.
