Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon. Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
Has anyone seen AF? She is MIA, if you find her please send her my way. Trying to move on to cycle number 2 of TTC #2
Dana/Faith - which Red Rasberry tea brand do you ladies drink? I also read that it increases CM but if my memeory serves me well it was when taking 1000mg a day (pill form). I bet the tea is also very good.

I am drinking the Red Raspberry tea from Walmart, brand Celestial... it has the leaf in it... when looking for it read labels real good, because alot of them have the flavor, and not the actual tea leaf... but this brand has it... not sure the mg.. I found another tea online, that has mg on it...but we will see.... I have had good CM this month, even before the tea... not sure what's helping it. I also throw in green tea.. because i read that helps too...

Hi all, I'm new here (to alternative remedies, not SC). I'm trying to use NPC to bring on AF. She's been absent for a while. This is my first month charting as well. So I'm not sure exactly what my body is doing (certainly not anything I've seen in the demo charts of FF). I started using NPC for a few days but stopped when FF said I ovulated (I so didn't, it's the third "O" pronouncement this "cycle") I was confused but then figured I'd continue with the NPC during my "luteal phase" in order to ensure a period. Now I'm confused because my temps keep dipping! Isn't the NPC supposed to keep my temps artificially high? I'm using 1/3 teaspoon 2x daily. I figured it was in between the 1/4 and 1/2 suggested. Any suggestions?? I just want a period!!! Thanks guys.

Ok, so my hubby and I are TTCing. And i'm reading all of the posts on here and not understanding any of it. LOL i know what AF is and I think BFN. But what is NPC? I think that's what it was called. Anyways, i'm on vitex cinnamon and prenatals....I haven't had a period in four years. I've been on vitex for about a week now so it's way to early to tell anything yet.
mrs. hoobery... NPC - natural progesterone cream.... it is used to bring on AF. many girls use it, i am trying it, by accident i picked out progesterone cream... with less mg in it... so if you choose this route, be sure to make sure it's natural, and has good mg in it.

I'm assuming mine will be longer than 6 months. Four years of damage is a long time. I'll have to look into the cream again. I used some awhile ago and it did nothing for me. Also does anyone have any websites for charting for dummies? I'm not sure how to even start charting and when the old hag AF rears her ugly but yet wanted face I want to start charting.

Mrs Hoobery - FertilityFriend.com has a course, and you can get your ticker set up... we are in the same boat cyster, it's been 2 yrs since my last AF... it may take a little bit to get her to visit.

Letty- I get my Rasberry Leaf from Shoprite and the brand is Traditional Medicinals. and it says Organic Raspberry Leaf..I dont know how much longer i will be getting it from there because I think i looked for that tea at Shoprite before more than once and didnt see it. So im hoping i will find more there because Shoprite is around the corner from me.
Oh it also says is has 1500mg of Raspberry leaf

I always use 1/2 teaspoon twice daily...the withdrawal of progesterone is suppose to make AF start so i figured the more i gave my body the more it would feel it when i stopped. who knows lol
I never temped when i used NPC so i cant comment on that.
Maybe the fact that you stopped and started it again maybe the reason why AF has not showed? If so maybe you need to take a break from it and then start again. Sometimes before i even finish my dosage AF will show.

Here is a funny story...
I dont know if you ladies ever heard of womans cycles synching up...well mine did with my dog!!!!!!
Can you imagine...no Period in 2 years and we have a girl doggie hehee and we didnt fix her yet and she got her period and oh boy..AF gave me the biggest beat down ever!!! i couldnt believe it! If it wasnt so messy for the dog to have her cycles spotting all over my house ew..i would not have fixed her because she would have helped me ! lol
1 last thing..i know we all hate hearing this..i hate even saying it..but my best AF since starting Vitex etc.. was the 1st one..and maybe because it was the first but it was also the 1st time that i excercised and stuck to a low carb diet since then ive been back and forth..not really bad with eating and excercise but not really good..so i think if we can take these herbs and add excercise and proper eating habits it would knock our bodies into giving us AF or really good ones.
Its soo hard though
