Dana - I got my Cinnamon at Walmart too... 500mg, that way I can increase, decrease, etc... thought I am using Cinnamon in the Spice bottle, hoping to have the same effects.

Well I dunno if they are really symptoms. I very tired and my face is ALL broken out. Plus I have been way gassy (I rarely get acne or have gas) So I don't know yet. Also I have been peeing a lot ... I think. Maybe I just want to be peeing a lot. I am trying to not read too much into anything. Although my DH and I have been having the feeling of twins and girls lately. Well earlier this month I had the thing with the "2" in my chart. And yesterday I was telling one of my employees that if we ever had a little girl we would name her Cecily after my DH's father Cecil. While she was standing there someone called me for help and when I pulled up the account that the person was working on, the customer's name was Cecily. I have seen that name like 2 other times my entire life so I thought that was kinda weird.

Linds- aw Linds i hope this is your month! Thats so weird that the name came up. I think its sign of something to come soon hopefully! I know what you mean about the symptoms..i had some too this past cycle but then they went away. I think something was happening then stopped and I was gasy too lol.

i have a quick question--for those of you who get af after being on vitex and/or cinnamon, did you spot for a while before you actually started? i'm still spotting and keep expecting af to be here anytime--esp with the cramps and back pain i'm having but she is still here! i'm going nuts here!!!!!!!!!!

I havent started taking cinnamon yet but Vitex i did spot alot and Vitex AF is also lighter than regular AFs
Some months it seems like a ton of spotting..i guess you have to see how your body does with it..but from my experience with the spotting AF was actually there and i did not believe it.

Thats how my AFs are sometimes on it. As a matter of fact it was like that this month! almost makes me think i need to up my dosage or do something else but maybe just adding cinnamon will do the trick

i would add the cinnamon. i can tell a difference already--and i haven't been on it a week!! then if you kept doing the same thing (spotting) then i would up the vitex.

Brandi - you have just added the cinnamon, and you can tell the difference already. That's great. Took me a minute, I am getting tired, and was skimming thru the posts..
Dana - Did you ever pick up Cinnamon?
All I have to say is my body must be really screwed up, because I have been taking Cinnamon, ACV, and Vitex for awhile.... and no AF yet.... I don't feel a difference, but I am not giving up, it may take my body awhile to get straightened out.
