brandi - i read your site again.... i read the directions as taking 2 cap at 800mg (total, together) twice a day... so a total of 1600mg a day. Are you taking 4 caps a day? or 8 caps a day? which if it works, that's great. i agree, it's with whatever dose works for the individual. I just can't imagine taking 8 caps, I would be going right thru that bottle.
I see, when I read the site, the serving size is 2 tablets, making a total of 800mg per serving, and the serving being 2, making 1600mg....
I will let you know what I end up ordering... I am still checking it out.

faith- the way i understood was to take 2 800 mgs tabs twice a day (1600 at a time) making that--four pills total (3200 mgs). i started off at 2 pills (1600 mgs) and now i'm up to three (2400 mgs). sleep tight!

Brandi - I was the same way before i started taking Vitex! isnt it nice when you notice when something is working especially herbal remedies!

Hi KLMCCONE79 I think its worth looking into. It can take a few months for me i noticed a difference in 1- 2 months but that is fairly quick most people are a few months.
I use to take Dong Quai but then I heard its not good with EPO and i thought about taking that for CM so im on the fence with Dong Quai for now but my first herbal remedies was DOng Quai, and Vitex and that helped alot!

Brandi - well good, at least your only taking 4 pills... and it works for you... definitely something for me to consider... i am riding the fence on using Dong Quai with it.... hmmmm... thanks for sharing your info, it's another site i haven't seen before, always good to have more options.
Dana - Walmart is like our Big grocery store here, so I am there all the time. It's easy to remember the vitamins...
My lower back is still cramping... and my temp dropped way low... this morning. Is AF showing signs for a visit. I am thinking about not doing BBT for a little bit... IDK.. I just haven't done as well, since my vacation, and camping trip... it thru me off the temping wagon, but I am trying...
I will be ordering some Vitex over the weekend, so I know it's here when I go to run out...

Brandi - i think once my vitex runs out I will take the one from vitacost! thanks for sharing! even though the one i have seems to be pretty good i would love to see what more would do! that is soo much more than im taking now! I take 1200mg per day and this says to take 1600 twice per day...interesting

Hello girls, I think I may try the one Brandi's on for a month, then try this other one I was told about, and I found a cheap cheap site, but it's sooo cheap, it makes me question the potency.... you can get chasteberry fruit 2.39 and dong quai 1.99.... cheap cheap.. under 5.00 cheap.

Dana - I am like you in some ways, I want to try Brandi's but I kinda want to give the stuff I have a shot, and add more to my dosage to see if it helps. IDK... it's just taking too long for AF to visit.

girls, i'm not really spotting anymore--but i'm still cramping and my low back is killing me. boobs are also sore. also having hot flashes. which all happen before i get af, but i really thought she would be here by now WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH MY BODY? i know this stuff is working, but i'm just wondering if it is normal--know what i mean?

Brandi - you poor thing... it's like C'mon AF... I can feel ya' coming.... so get here already. i would soaking in a Hot bath, as long as i had air conditioning... in which i do not, or using a heating pad... trying it all... to get AF there.... TMI but BD might help it come.... tanning bed... IDK... I pray it comes for you soon.

Brandi- Im the same way alot ..maybe its how the herbs work sometimes for some people. What I noticed I would start excercising or cutting back more on sugar and carbs etc.. basically do really good and it would get it to flow even more like its suppose to...maybe you can try to see.

You know I never got vitex burps and i got cinnamon burps a few times but i learned how to curb them. For Vitex i just make sure i dring tons and tons of water after. And for cinnamon that doesnt work...I pretty much do the same thing though and take it before i actually eat so all the food and drink pushes it down and usually i dont get them. If i got a Vitex burp i dont think i would be able to take it anymore yuk!
