Dana - I have CVS and Walmart... I will look for some, I need to have some sort of AF... it's unhealthy to go this long. Is CVS a better place to look? I decided when I am finished with my current Vitex, by Natures Way... to get Femaprin, by Natures way, it has 2 different types of Vitex, plus B6. And a tea that contains Don Quai, Vitex, Red Raspberry.... and other herbs.... So... we'll see...
Peggy and Melissa - I had all those symptoms when I was on met, and I put on 25lbs in one month.... I had to stop, because I couldn't afford to gain another pound.

Dana - there is another town about a half an hr away that has a General Nutrition Center, GNC... maybe I should go there.
Yrs ago, before I knew in depth about PCOS... I took Phyto Estrogen everyday from GNC, I lost weight.... had regular AF... and when I ran out... I still had AF for yrs... didn't gain any weight... then AF stopped... and I tried Phyto Estogen again... and it didn't work, so then I tried Natural Progesterone, that didn't work... I had to go back to the dr.... and get provera or prometrium... don't remember, when I went in for my annual she was ok with me taking the phyto estrogen, because it helped me loose weight, and gave me the reg AF... and i actually had a BC that took weight off too.... and it was the only one... because i have gained weight from the BC before.
Well, I better get ready for the day.... looks like I am taking a trip to that distant town.... for NPC.

Dana - I got NPC from GNC... GNC brand... do you think that will work? and I bought raspberry tea from Walmart, Celestial or something like that brand... it had raspberry leaves in it... what's your opinion on the tea?

Yay Faith!! Hopefully...let me see if i can find the ingredients online and compare to mine.. maybe if they are close it will..if our bodies are the same too LOL make sure you have rasberry leaf and not rasberry tea..i got mine from shoprite..i was shocked they had it!
If it taste like Rasberry probably not it...it should taste like a reg tea.
I cant wait to see how this NPC works for you!!

hmmm i dont think yours is natural..which does not have to be a bad thing but my brand has more progesterone in it...so there is a possibility it may not be enough..not 100% but im going to assume.
i want to thank you all for your help i have started vitex and finally know what i'm doing! hopefully this works...because i gave up in january after taking met for a few months until i couldnt stand it anymore..i thought the only other options were too expensive, but i'm glad i found this..and i really hope it works thanks everyone again!

Dana - geepers, that's a big difference in mg.... i sure hope i didn't was 12.00. i am going to save this link, and i may have to get it from here. it just hit me, we have a mom and pop store called the medicine shoppe, i may take a peak there to see what they carry, it's small sooo... we will see. GNC says 10 days garrantee or money back... and with the tea, it says it's all natural, and has red raspberry leaf as one of the ingredients. i was surprised how dark the tea was, it did look very close to reg tea, a little hint of red.... but the box also had raspberry something else in it too, which is probably for flavor. I will be ordering the other tea online, yogi tea is hard to find.

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon. Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
Has anyone seen AF? She is MIA, if you find her please send her my way. Trying to move on to cycle number 2 of TTC #2
Faith- Yes that is a big difference...i would print out the ingredients and see if you can find something comparable..make sure it says natural and USP progesterone..i think that is suppose to be better for you.

Dana - i think in 2 wks i will pick up a more expensive brand at GNC that is in a pump, and has 480mg per ounce... close to yours.... but i will continue this brand until then...

Lindsay - what brand of NPC are you using? just curious. Sorry about your no AF, and no BFP situation. I have been in that limbo forever...
I have used the Rexall, I know its not really recommended, but I have never had problems with it. Its worked both times I have used it.
