Ok i'll admit when I first started reading about Vitex I was kinda skeptical about it. I haven't had a period in almost a year and thought there was no way this lil pill that didn't come from a Dr would help me...But...it did!!
I started taking it on Feb 1st and then on Feb 23rd AF showed up. Started light on Monday, heavier Tues & Weds and has been lighter since.
I'm also losing weight, i've lost 58lbs since Oct but I really think this happened because of Vitex and I just wanna thank everyone on this board for posting your stories because that's what convinced me to give it a try.

Wow, It does work. I started taking Femaprin vitex on February 13th. So I am looking for Af too, as I havent seen her scince Januray 9th. I am losing wieght too.

I hadn't had A/F since November, started Vitex by Natures Way in January and today March 2nd had my first A/F in a long time, wanna tell the world, but they wouldn't understand how happy I am, only my cysters would understand. I plan to do a fertility recipe starting today I am kinda skeptical but going to give it a try, here is the recipe.
Whole cycle take 1 baby asprin, 1 B6 50mg, 1 B-50 complex, 1 prenatal vitamin. Day 1 of A/F thru until ovulation take 2 500 mg Vitex twice a day (this is where I have doubts). After day for of cycle take Robutussin (Guif only) full dose as bottle says until ovulation. They say this has worked for many women, I will be the lab rat and let you know what happens. That is encouraging! Good for you that you got AF back. I am taking Nature's Way femaprin vitex, so I am hoping to see AF soon. Thanks for sharing your sucsess!

Vitex did work for me, too. It cut 3 days off my cycle this month, no O, but I'm getting more regular and I'll starte charting my temps and cm this month.
Vitex DOES work!!
