Ive been taking Saw Palmetto to help with the excess hair and after some research, I want to start trying vitex & dog quai to help with my cycles. Anyone have issues or know of any problems with taking both? I know saw palmetto should be stopped should I get pregnant, but other than that?

I used both for a while. I think both should be taken until ovulation, then stop till menstruation, then start again CD1. You probably already know that.

Actually they are recommended to be used together- dong quai works better paired with other herbs (IMO.)
