 Vitex Dose Question
I've been taking Vitex since Oct.6'07 (17 weeks ago). I started off taking 800mg but it wasn't doing anything so on Nov.9'07 I increased my dose to 1200mg. Today (Feb.1st) is 12 weeks at this dose. My bottle says after 8-12 weeks to go down to 400mg a day. As far as I can tell I still haven't ovulated at 1200mg. Any advice as to what I should do??? Do I go ahead and decrease to 400mg with my new cycle OR do I wean down somehow??? I'm really unsure what to do.
