Vitex and DQ???? Also NPC & NAC???

I am going Monday to buy Vitex and NPC. I have noticed that alot of you use DQ as well. Should I try just the Vitex at first and then add in the DQ if I don't notice any difference? Or should I go ahead and use DQ as well.

Also, can anyone share with me about their experiences with NAC? I was considering getting that as well.

I vote for using them both!!

I got pregnant using them both at the same time so of course I'm biased!
