Default Vitex Experts needed!

I just bought some vitex today, to hopefully help my cycles to lengthen and my periods to shorten! Right now I am having a period for 6-8 days, and then no bleeding for 7-12 days, and then AF is back again! I CAN'T live like this no more!

What I want to know is should I start taking it right now as I am on AF, or only take it while not bleeding, and then when AF comes stop?

ANY advice would be great!

I believe that you can start taking vitex any time during your cycle unlike natural progesterone cream. You also use vitex every day for atleast 3 months and up to 18 months if you need it.
