Why People Use Vitex
Vitex was used traditionally for a range of female conditions, such as post-partum hemorrhage and to help with the "passing of afterbirth". One of its alternate names, "chaste tree", comes from the historical belief that it can suppress libido.

Shae I am not sure if I am going to O or not. I have been having pains in my ovaries. But no CM yet. Hmmmm,,,, it would be nice to , but I am not going to get my hopes up. babysteps.......

Same ol same ol for me. Waiting on AF, should be here next Thursday, we'll see.. or, maybe this will be that one cycle that lasts for most of a year Not getting my hopes up. We're of the "if it happens, it happens" school, none of this getting all freaked out about it stuff.

Hey Yall!!! Long time no write!!!I have been so busy working remodeling our house. I also got sick this past week.I was having a kidney stone! I have been in severe pain.I have had to take strong pain meds.The kind that knock you out.Hope everyone is doing well.....No AF for me, for me this month looks like anyway. I had her last month w/ vitex and w/ everything I have had going on I have not took it regularly.
