I'm about to start vitex. How much should I be taking to get an effect. Has anyone had success with it. I'm still on metformin which has brought my cycle to once every two months, is it okay to take it while still on metformin?

Hey I asked this question a week ago but didn't get much response. I took 500mg which brought on a period (in less than 24 hours) then took 1000mg during the period and am now back to 500mg.

Will you be taking vitex every day or just near your period?

I don't know whether it did help with the period or if it was coincidence, so let me know how it works for you!
