Question Vitex I know there are many post but...

I'm sorry I know there is alot of posts on vitex, but I have done alot of reserch on vitex and I have have few questions for my Cysters that I really haven't found the answers for. I have not seen af since may of this year and I was wondering if I got the Vitex can I take start taking it at anytime? Also, How much does anyone recomend I start taking. I am taking metfomin, should I continue taking it with the Vitex? I have read many reports about the vitex working and I fell very confident that I will see a result with it. Has anyone concived with it? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I am going about this the way. Thanks for your time.

I take Nature's Way brand of Vitex, 800mg for 8-12 weeks, and then you can go down to 400mg. I am also taking Metformin and take it with my Vitex. Also you can start taking it whenever you like. When I tried Vitex for the first time it was on cd50 something. This time I started taking it cd1. hth.

I'm actually still on the fence right now about whether it's working or not. I'm on cd27 and no ov. Well, FF says I ov'd on cd9 but I've had 3 bfn's and I'm supposedly 18dpo..... I signed up for a free 15 day trial of Ovusoft and it's saying I'm having an annovulatory cycle. I've only been on Vitex for 27 days so I'm going to give it at least 12 weeks before deciding whether to continue or not. Not sure how helpful I am.

I am going to buy it tomorrow and see what happens. What I am really looking forward to seeing from it is af. It will be a great day when she shows up. To any woman that is regular that may sound crazy. But I want to start have regular flows before I start trying. But you have been helpful. Thank you so much.
