I ve been on vitex a few months, this month I got AF on CD 28. Yay right? Not. It was barely AF at all! It was a few specks of black blood for a few days! I dont even think I O'd. Am I taking it wrong? Should I not be taking it everyday?
I took Vitex every day of my cycle. I took 800 mg - 1 pill twice a day. I can't say that it messed up my AF, though. How much of your supplements are you taking??

I dont have any cycle without medicine so I couldnt tell you. I am starting Vitex soon.

With DD, I was taking Vitex, Met, red raspberry leaf, MV, folic acid, vit. E and B, fish oil, flax seed oil and baby aspirin. This one, Vitex, MV, fish oil and folic acid.

Becky can you tell me what brand and how many mg of everything? How long did it take for you to notice anything? Did you O before taking all of it? Thanks!
