Unhappy Vitex and Ovaries hurting... ??

I've been taking Vitex, Dandelion extract, and Siberian Gingseng now for a couple of weeks hoping to balance out my stupid ovaries and stuff. Well so far no AF but I know it could take up to 6 months... (arrgh ) So since I've been talking it I can feel my ovaries more... is this good, bad, nothing? I'm a little worried and confused at the same time. I'm thinking that this is just because my body is trying to balance itself out. I was just wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this while on Vitex?

Fingers X! Hopeful for the best and waiting for AF!!! Come on AF!

Default hey Daubs..

I've been doing Vitex for 2 cycles now...and yep, ovarian pain is now a part of my life. lol....This second half of my cycle this month has really had me feeling lots of discomfort, pulling and tugging around my left ovary. I'm assuming that its all just part of the process.

Hang in there....

Default vitex and twinges

I started vitex about 6 weeks ago and no AF yet, although about a week after I started I got (what I assumed to be) ovarian twinges and increased cm.

I'm hoping it's going to do something soon and have also started taking milk thistle.

I haven't had any pain since them and am hoping for some more soon (!!!)

It's so difficult to be patient though, I suppose we just have to hang in there!
