I just bought my first bottle of Vitex and the only dosage I could find was 80 mg. I need it to help with my LPD wich is about 9 days longs, will 3x80mg be enough (its the max dosage recommended on the bottle) to help. Everybody seems to take much more than that. I'm also taking B100 complex is that makes a difference.
I'm also on 1500mg of Met a day. Can I take both together? Metformin has made me regular (28-30 days) but I always ovulate late.

any info would help.

I bought Nature's Way Vitex from vitacost.com. It's 400 mg/capsule and I would take 2 a day. And yes, you can take Met and Vitex together.

thanks, I've decided to follow the directions on the bottle even if it seems very low dosage and maybe look around for another kind that might have more mg.

Hi! I also had Vitex with the low dose, and it worked wonderfully for me! I went on it twice, and it worked great.
