Default Vitex & Provera...

Can these two be taken together??

And when would I take the Vitex? Or should I just stick to the provera alone??

Just curious, thanks to much!

I did not take them together. I waited till after AF started to start taking them again. It might be fine, but I didn't want to take any chances. I didn't want my hormones to get more confused than they already were. Good Luck
