I've been looking on the board for information on both at the same time. My gyn just prescribed Provera for me to be taken the first week of every 3rd month.
I've been taking Vitex since January. I haven't had af from it yet but there have been little signs (cramps during the same time each month and just a spot of blood).
How can I take both? Is that possible? Or do I have to give up on the Vitex? Any help at all would be appreciated!!!!!

What about possibly stopping the vitex for now, take the provera, and then after AF, start vitex again and see what it does for you?? Sometimes we just need a bit a of a "jump start".
Good luck!
Edited to add: just realized I repeated what Tracy pretty much said. Sorry! Hope the link will help at least.
