I was just wondering if anyone else had any experience with vitex. here is some history. I have periods that come every 28-36 days but are annovulatory. my FSH is 2.73 and my LH is 9.06. everything else is normal except my testosterone was a little low. doc says I have PCOS but I am not sure I do. He wants me on metformin but I was wondering what herbal remedies I could take. I heard that vitex can increase LH in that case I am sure I shouldn't take it. I am currently taking black cohosh, EPO, fish oil, flax oil, multivitamin with minerals, So does anyone know if vitex would help or hinder???

Metformin 1000mg (working my way up to 2000mg)

I used it. It is very slow to work so do not expect results right away. I have used it for a years and I am noticing results.
