 Vitex questions
I have been reading the Vitex thread here and most of you take 1000mg/day. I have the Solaray brand and it says on the bottle to take 1 or 2 capsules/day. The ingredients are Vitex(Vitex agnus-castus)(berry extract) 225mg and
Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus)(berry) 100mg
So together, that would only be 650mg/day. Is this enough or should I be taking more?
I'm taking it b/c I don't ovulate on my own. Thanks a bunch. Renee.
