So I was on the depo shot for a little over a year and got my last shot about a year ago. After my last shot wore off I was spotting constantly about every other day, just enough to barely fill one panty liner a day. I was not getting my A.F yet in Jan. so I went to my doctor and got a psysical and everything was ok. She put me on medroxyprogestrone to start my period and I still didnt start. I've been taking vitex for the last month and I spotted with really horrible cramping for about 3 days and then i completely stopped spotting but still have bad cramps. Im also extremely tired lately. I dont know if this is normal because i havent even had A.F in over a year and i dont know anyone taking vitex. Im just wondering if this is normal for vitex or is it not working for me. Or could I be pregnant? Any insight on this would be extremely helpfull
