before ttc i took vitex. that was almost 3 years ago. i stopped because i got pregnant with my son, and then breastfeeding. i have forgotten HOW to take vitex. i will take the pill form, but i don't remember during what days of my cycle i am to take it. any help is appreciated.
oh, and i am taking yasmin too - i don't know if that makes a difference.
I can't help out with Vitex, but I wanted to say a quick hi. Do you remember me from the Teacher's TTC threads way back when? I asked Nicole, Courtney, and Tamara about you a while ago and nobody had heard from you. I hope you're doing great and just wanted to say hi! Hope your DS is well!

Take Vitex every day of your cycle. I would recommend start out taking 800 mg/day for 3 months. If that gets your cycles going again, you can stay at 800 mg, but if it doesn't, bump it up to 1200 mg.
Also, why would you be taking Vitex?? I took it because we were TTC, so I wasn't on BCP's. If you're planning on taking it for other reasons, then you might be better finding out on the Vitex, Cinnamon thread that's over here.

Hi I take Vitex every single day..as Becky mentioned you can start with 800 or sometimes depending on what brand you get it may give you dosage instructions.
