Hi guys, what would be the required dosage for the above to regulate my gf periods, u may find it strange as to why i am asking, gf and i going thru a rough tym bcos of her condition, she not willing to seek advice and going thru depression, i am trying to be supportive but alas she shuns me out ..... i do know she taking a liquid vitex , sum three or so drops ........

Anthony, I don't take either of those sorry can't help you, you might try doing a search to find the amounts. Good luck to you both
