I know some say not to take them together but I'm pretty sure others have... I'm just wondering if I can?? I have been on 800mg of Vitex for 27 days now and though FF is saying I ovulated on cd9 and am currently 18dpo I have done three hpt's all bfn. I then decided to try the 15 day trial of Ovusoft and it says my cycle is annovulatory. Soy has worked for me in the past, could I take it for 5 days to see if it will get me to ovulate??

I know of 1 who took soy and vitex, however, she did not take them at the same time. She stopped the vitex during the 5 days she took soy, then resumed the vitex until she got her bfp. I guess you could try that?

I've taken soy and clomid together before. Soy cd1-5 and Clomid cd5-9. Thank you for the suggestion. I'll have to think about it. I'm just not sure what to do at this point. Maybe I'm just not giving Vitex a chance. It's only been barely a month.

Mommy, I am sorry but my post should have said she took soy & vitex (not clomid). All this stuff gets me messed up!

On the days she took soy she did not take the vitex. She resumed the vitex until her bfp. She posted on hopeful conceptions but it was 3 threads ago
