Just guessing.....
On my bottle of Fertility Blend for Women, which contains Vitex it says that it should not be used with Clomid. Since the Soy "stuff" is supposed to act like clomid, I am guessing that I shouldnt take the Soy with the Vitex at the same time?

i had the same though. i started spotting today, so af is on her way. i will stop using vitex as soon as i see af. i will use spi & gtf chromium only this cycle.
