I want to take Vitex to bring on and regulate my period (I no longer have any periods)
and take soy protien capsulates to make me ovulate

problem is I don't know how much to take or when to take either of these

I think that you take the vitex from cd1 until ovulation (i dont think its safe in pg) and you take the soy either cd3-7 or cd5-9 like clomid. You are supposed to' O' 5 or more days after the last soy pill. theres a big thread all about soy in the alternatives forum and if you do a search on vitex ul prob find better answers than mine

EDIT: I guess if you dont get your AF maybe try NPC to bring it on or start taking vitex now and it might bring it on..but im no expert please research!
