Mine is an alcohol free liquid extract. I got it from Puritan's Pride. Only been on it a week, so I haven't noticed anything yet. I mix a dropper full in a little water. It doesn't taste bad and I have heard liquids are better absorbed than pills too.
Yours looks like you get more bang for your buck. Mine is ~ $4.50 a bottle, but only has 1000mg per 2mL, yours has 2000mg.

I dont take that brand but I take the tincture.. Mine is not alchy free though, I tried one that was and itched all over for days... I guess I just need that little zip zip in the morning the tincture will be absorbed faster in your body that the pill. This is my second month and I've noticed major changes in my cm in the first month alone.. Good luck with it.. I'd give it a shot!

I tried the one from iherb.. I always, always use iherb because the shipping prices on lightweight items are SO low for me (I live in Ca, near them) and they arrive the next day. Can't beat that. For example, this would cost probably around 1.50 to ship to me, compared to 5 or 6 dollars elsewhere. This bottle doesn't take too bad (unlike the gymnema i bought along with it, YUCK!). I didn't take it consistently, though, so I can't say much about it.. haven't taken anything in a while, actually. I can say, though, that it did last me more than 5 days..
