Unhappy Which vitex vitamin?

Hi everyone

I would like to start using vitex, but don't know which type is the best as there are so many different variants available. Any suggestions?

Has anyone used Reviatafem Cycle 1 from Aim?

I myself have a few doubts about taking Vitex... Maybe someone could post an informative link about it for me since I'm sure it's already been discussed before.
What would be an appropriate dose to start? Any advice on when or how to take it? Is it better to take dry extract caps or the liquid hydroalcoholic form? What are the differences between Vitex and SP? Have you noticed any 'change' whatsover after starting to take it?

Thanks!

Well, I started using vitex three weeks ago (200mg) together with black cohosh (300mg). I also started with natural progesterone cream a week after starting with the herbs.

My period showed up a few days earlier than expected, but it was shorter and not as painful as it usually is. It could be the vitex, but it could also be the NPC. From what I have read, there is no disadvantages to vitex (except when pregnant).

Here are some links you can use:

http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/treat/T165057.html

Will post more once I find them.
