Can anyone tell me if they have tried Vitex without Dong Quai? I just started yesterday, and I've been wondering if I should add DQ as well. Everything I've read about Chasteberry makes it seem like I'll get positive effects without anything else. I really need to know how to get the most out of herbals though.

I'm one of the rare cysters with regular AF, but still anovulatory. I also have a microedenoma of the pituitary, resulting in high prolactin levels.

I'm trying to read up on dong quai right now, but any info my cysters can provide would be appreciated.
