I have been taking Vitex (2 per day, 800mg total) for 3 weeks. I am starting week 4 today. I had been on a constant false af (just spotting) for 8 weeks when I started. My false af stopped almost immediately for 1 week, then I had a reak af for 7 days, and then no af. So far it is good for me. I should, by calculations, have my next af in 2 weeks. Hoping.

I just ordered vitex but am unsure of whether I should take it, though I thought I would try. I have high blood pressure and am taking metoprolol 50 mg for the hbp. I have never tried to get pregnant but i'm pretty sure my chances are not great since i never know when my period is coming and would love to conceive. Any suggestions.

I got pregnant 6 yrs ago taking vitex. I wasn't getting my periods regularly so I started taking it and after 2 months, I got pregnant. I think it just depends on your body. I'm ttc again and I have started to take it again. I'll let you know what happens
