Hi all
I started taking Vitrex and am wondering, on average how long before AF will arrive. I'm sure it will be different for everyone-but am anxious to hear what the average has been for everyone who started taking Vitrex

For me AF arrived about 3 weeks after I started taking Vitex.

hi i've been taking virtex for 8 weeks now and i'm still waiting for af to arrive.The only difference i've noticed is that my temps used to average 36.2-3 now they are 36.5-6 so i hope that the higher temps are a good sign of something working.

I took Vitex 400mg capsules for 4 weeks before AF arrived. Good Luck I hope you see AF soon.

I started vitek 400mg twice a day on Sept 11th. Af showed on Oct 4th, full flow. My cycle at that point was about 65 days. Still taking the vitek twice a day, and I have to tell you, something is going on because I am sooo sore on my lower right side. Maybe I'm ovulating? I also did SPI cd 3-7. Don't really know what ovulation feels like because I don't remember doing it, but this must be it....I hope it is.

thanks for responding--for all of you who did receive AF from Vitex did you have the typical pms symptoms? I have been on it for 11 days and my breasts have become really sore--I'm hoping af is on her way.
