VITEX!!!! WORKING OR NOT???

HI Ladies,

I have a few questions. I have been taking VITEX since June 1, at the end of August I started spotting but I got a full flow on October 4-10. I was pretty excited. I just knew that things were getting back on track. October 18, I had some hard cramping in my ovaries so I thought I could be OVULATING.

On Yester, October 22, I started spotting and clotting a little when I wipe (sorry to be gross), it was dark brown and red. So I am assuming it’s old and new blood.

I don’t know were to go with this. I don’t know if I should stop the VITEX or continue.

Can you ladies please help me out with some advice. Your experience with VITEX (good and bad) can be very helpful.

Well, based on my experiences with vitex, sounds like in august you actually started a new cycle even though you didn't get a good af going. as for the bleeding after only two weeks from your first day of af this last time, there is a chance that it was spotting for o, but it's hard to say. Do you bbt chart? If now I would suggest you start. It helps you read into it a little better. Keep up with it for another cycle and see what happens. I did have a cycle like that and it really threw me for a loop, but after that they all stayed withing 30-38 days, which for me was amazing!
