does anyone know why i vomit when i get my period or the day before i get my period??? i have this happen alot and i am sooooooooo tired of it..... does anyone know what hormone would make you puke like this when you are pms or get your period??? thanks so much xoxo jenn

High levels of progesterone can make a person feel really dizzy or "wierd" feeling to the point of making them vomit.
Is this happening to you? Or is it nothing to do with your head and more a stomach problem? I know the few days up until AF my head feels "off" and I'm extremely nauseated.

If my cycles are any where near regular (which they havent been for a while) I usually get a bad migraine and throw up with that...
Don't know if its connected, just thought I should reply becuz I hate throwing up too

hmm well my estrogen and progesterone are too low to begin with..and sometimes i do get bad headaches with pms but not always..its like heres my pms... besides mind blowing depression..i am off balance, clumsy, emotional and soooooooooooooooo hungry i could die..yet NOTHING sounds appealing... and lets say i eat something.... within minutes i can puke ..with no warning!!! its like i am preggo or something... all the responses i get from docs is that its normal..but no one can seem to help....sigh!!!!!! xoxo jenn
