waist to hip ratio

ive recently been diagnosed with pcos, i'm not obese or over weight. a-matter a fact i have a slim frame. however my waist is large and my hips are not wide ( don't have that hour glass shape). i was just wondering if anyone has had a reduction in their wasit size increase in breast size and widening of their hips while taking metformin.

Since I’ve been on Met I’ve lost inches off my waist. I’ve always been pear shaped but had gotten this weird fat accumulating around my waist but now the fat is really dropping off and I have back my waist! Alas the boobs didn’t increase although they did grow like 2 inches when I was put on birth control but they ached like the dickens.

I agree. I am on met for past 2.5 yrs. My waist line dropped but no changes to the boobs! I heard that women with PCOS tend to put on more fat around the abdomen area and when you lose weight, the waist appears thinner.
