In had labs done on Sept. 6th, but my appt. to go over the results isn't until Sept 24th...I don't know if I can wait that long...I just want my thyroid numbers, as I have been on the same dose (100mcg) for a long time, and I don't think it is enough.........

Should I call and ask for the numbers over the phone, or should I be patient (I am not very good at that!)???

When I'm impatent I call them up and ask for a fax of my bloodwork. I have a copy of all my bloodwork If they ask I tell them I have an appointment with my ob and want to give them a copy.

I would just call...if your dose needs to be increased and you are an established patient, there is absolutely no reason for you to wait until the 24th for the results. Thyroid tests are usually back in less than a week (depending on the lab) so your doc will have them long before then.

I would call and ask them to fax it to you. I'm sure you can also find the appropriate ranges if you search the internet, and you can check your results against those ranges.
