The video/dvd set comes with three tapes 1, 2 & a 3 mile tape and an exercise band. It was easy and I completed the beginner 1 mile tape in about 20 minutes or so. It was a great way to get me started on a excercise program.
If you are looking for a program that is easy to do at home, this is a great one.

I like walking but I can't go out to walk as I work full time and have a 4 year old at home. I try to take him and my mum's puppies to the park at the weekends but can only go when its dry - my son doesn't like the rain (neither do the pups!!LOL!!)
Good luck on it - sounds like you might have found the one for you!!

Do you need a treadmill or do you just walk in place?

Points: 19,957.98 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 19,957.98 | you walk in place. it is an excercise video with a women instructing you how to "walk". The basic "walk" is in walking in place, then she will add a side step and then a kick. I am not the most cordinated person , but this is so easy because this is a walking pace. she takes you through warm up, a brisk walk and a cool down. The video set came with toning bands that she incorporates into the "walk", but you don't have to use them.

I'll never forget the first time I was able to do the 3 mile tape (after a couple of months of the 1 mile and then the 2 mile). I felt so good knowing I had built up my fitness level enough to do the 3 mile one.
The one for the abs is on my holiday wish list this year

I love to go walking, but there is really nowhere safe to do it around here and DH can't always go with me. I have tried different workout videos in the past, but I have no (zip, zero, nada!) coordination and get discouraged when I can't pick up the moves right away. If it is just walking and simple moves then I *think* I can handle it. Thanks for posting about this.
